
This window allows you to take various actions on report text files that have been previously saved in your personal reports directory or in the system reports directory. From this window, subject to security authorization, you can:
First, select your personal directory or the system directory by clicking the appropriate radio button.
To view all report names in the selected directory, click the Show File Names button. The list will be created in a dynamic HTML page which will then be displayed in your default Web browser.
To print, fax, email or view one specific report file in the specified directory, enter its file name in the top textfield, then click the Select Output button. This will open the normal Scheduling and Output Options window, where you can select output options just as when running a report online, except that any entry in the "Save as File" will be ignored, since the file has already been saved. Files are never automatically removed after output is completed; you must delete them manually (see below).
To rename a file, enter its current file name in the top textfield, then enter a new file name in the bottom textfield, then click the Rename File button.
To delete a file, enter its
current file name in the top textfield, then click the Delete File button.
