• An image is displayed so staff can verify that the item is correctly tagged;
• The piece is checked against the inventory assigned to that showcase; exceptions are announced immediately.
• Total count for any style is checked against the computer
total for that item; excess counts are announced immediately.
• Items that don’t scan are remembered so those tags can be
reprinted later.

Here’s how it works: before starting the inventory, easily load a Windows Mobile OS® PDA with inventory data and images of your merchandise. If inventory is assigned to a showcase in your computer, load that information as well. Then, as you scan, the Smart Count software keeps checking your counts to catch errors before they happen.
