Minneapolis, MN,  February 21, 2007 – Jargon Software announced today that Hantover, Inc. has adopted Jargon mobile software for remote storeroom parts tracking to augment their sales and customer service.

Hantover  will deploy the new software within two months, resulting in their ability to sell more products and provide improved customer service for greater customer loyalty and satisfaction. A New Market Segment for Jargon Software

 Minneapolis, MN, January 22, 2007 – Jargon Software announced today that SI Systems has adopted Jargon mobile software for remote field service time-and-materials-collection to augment their back-office offering.

 SI Systems provides complete job costing and integrated accounting solutions for mid- to larger- sized sub- and specialty contractors and fire-suppression companies.  Adding these PDA features to SI’s extensive service tracking, scheduling and routing functions extends the application into the field and is a natural way to ensure that fire-suppression inspections are always up to date.

Version 3.3 Released

Version 3.3 (Mobile Edition) features an enhanced Jargon Writer that now runs as an XML application in a special version of Jargon Reader for Windows. This powerful new developer tool includes a WYSIWYG screen designer, a greatly improved script editor with full search/replace features, and other developer-friendly improvements. All Jargon Reader V3.3 products now provide full support for multi-byte and Unicode languages, including Asian character sets such as Korean. Other new features include support for FTP file transfers, local file operations, mag card readers, system timers, and much more.
