General Parts Field Service Application for DBS2000

General Parts provides maintenance and service for a wide range of kitchen equipment in a commercial setting. The venues include Burger King and McDonalds, along with stadiums, hospitals, and correctional facilities. Each facility can have a variety of complex kitchen equipment from walk-in freezers to table-top mixers.

This system is being used primarily to arm the field service representative with information about the machines available online, and all in one place. The back office application is DBS2000 from Davis Business Solutions.

This encourages much greater efficiencies in the field service reps' work. Kevin Schoenheider of General Parts says: "The techs love their new wireless application. We can't get it away from them".
