Field Service for Frontstep from Single Source Systems

This field service wireless solution is a bolt-on application designed for use with Frontstep (formerly Symix), a back office ERP solution.

It allows field service representatives to easily enter hours worked on a particular project for a particular customer, all in real time. This information is later used for billing applications.

1. The User Logs in and is authenticated by the system.

2. A billing template appears.

3. Easy look up is available, in this case to retrieve the customer number based upon a name.

4. A particular customer is selected by tapping on the row.

5. Work codes can be found in a similar fashion, as well as all of the fields that have a "Find" button by their side.

6. The template is completed and the back office database is updated when the "Submit" button is tapped.
