Motorola Black Box recorder logging app for diagnostic use with tech support

For use with Motorola Support for troubleshooting intermittent problems

This tool logs the activity on your device

All you need to do is deploy this .cab file to your device, by

1) Copy the .cab file to the \Application folder on your device

2) Click on the .cab file and install, use the default install

3) warm boot or cold boot (1,9 and Power)

4) eMscript should be running.

 

Once you encounter the failure, Note down the following items

1) Date and time failure was observed.

2) If possible, description of what led to the failure.

3) How did you recover from the failure.

 

please send Motorola tech support the whole eMscript folder under \Application of the device.

Zip the files and use the naming convention of using the SN of the terminal.  For example, if your SN is 123456789, the zip file name should be 123456789.zip
