ES400 or MC65 Flash ROM upgrade (page good for many Symbol products)
Flashing the ROM is the only way to do a cold reset for an ES400 or MC65.
Instructions:
Copy contents of zip file to SD car or to \Temp folder. Execute StartUpdLdr.exe or cold boot terminal by pressing 1 + 9 + pwr and hold the camera key to start the update loader process.
