CK3 experiences slow data streaming from bar code scanner.

From Intermec:

I suspect that the OS is 4.25.26.0031. I have attached SR10093000_DCL_CK3WM61_ALL.cab that will install a different itcivack3wm.cab file that will fix the problem
Have them copy the file to the Flash File Store root and from the unit navigate to the file and tap on it and install to the Device when prompted for a location ( default value)
Have them test by scanning in work or their application.
If that resolves the problem then have them go to the Flash File Store, SSPB folder and create a sub folder called SRs ( it is not case sensitive). Have them put a copy of the file in the SRs folder; the file will be install if the unit gets clean booted.
