For some MC7090 and MC7095 devices, making an INITIAL cradled connection can be time consuming.

For unknown reasons, it attempts to re-install the MC70 driver, which takes a LONG time to find at MS Update.

Interrupting this will cause the device to not be able to connect.

Also, after installing the driver, the device must be re-cradled in order for ActiveSync and MS Download Center to make the cradled connection.

 

DOES NOT ALWAYS HAPPEN.
