Default Printer not working in Windows

Default Printer not working in Windows

ForceField default printer may not work in Windows. Prints a header and footer, but no content. 

Reason is that the following .ini param  does not have a drive reference:

ReportsDir=/Jargonsoft/Reports/CDR_trepcok  <------ will  NOT work. 

ReportsDir=C:/Jargonsoft/Reports/CDR_trepcok <----  does work.

The other local folder references in the .ini are not affected.
