Order Upload to CDR Diagnostic Suggestions

Relevant server folders:

C:\Apache24\htdocs\Jargon_TrepcoWest_FF4\uploads - a copy of all orders uploaded to CDR for Trepco West

C:\Apache24\htdocs\Jargon_TrepcoMI_FF4\uploads - a copy of all orders uploaded to CDR for Trepco Michigan 

C:\CDR\cv1com - folder CDR polls for new orders for Trepco West

C:\CDR\cv1comts - folder CDR polls for new orders for Trepco Michigan 

 

Suggestions for diagnostics to identify problems:

If  there are orders (i.e. *.CSV files) in C:\CDR\cv1com or C:\CDR\cv1comts it means that either something is wrong with CDR or the FileZilla FTP server on JARGON-2. The FTP server console can be viewed to determine if it's the problem. 

If there are no orders in the CDR download folders, the problem is on the Jargon side. 

Look at the Splinterware task scheduler which runs our order posting jobs.  It should be running every 10 minutes around the clock except for the ours between 1-5 AM PT. 

Review  C:\Apache24\htdocs\Jargon_TrepcoWest_FF4\logs\sync_log_BatchUpload.txt or C:\Apache24\htdocs\Jargon_TrepcoMI_FF4\logs\sync_log_BatchUpload.txt  to see if there are error messages.
