PEAR installation bug - missing structures/graph.php file

PEAR can be missing the structure/graph.php file. This causes all additional PEAR installations to fail.
To fix this:
1. unzip the attached file, and place the "structures" folder in the PHP\pear folder.
2. Now, formally install the Structures_Graph code via:
pear install -a Structures_Graph

You should now be able to install additional PEAR packages.
