Task Scheduler - Must specify "start in" folder
When specifying a program or .bat to run in the Task Scheduler, be sure to EXPLICITLY specify the start in value to specify the folder to start in.
I could not find any Task Scheduler options to control this value.
Previous Task Schedulers would fill in this value by default based on where the object to be run resides, but, sometimes, this does not work.
So, an explicit specification will eliminate this possibility for error.
