ForceField email configuration considerations

client side config (.ini file)

1. if UPLOAD_OA=true it builds and uploads the document
2. if HTML_Print_Files=true it creates a ".htm" file, otherwise a ".txt" file
3. it uploads from local folder specified by ftpLocalUploadDir (which should be the same as ReportsDir)

server side config: (jsi_config.php)

1. JSI_IMPORT_DIR is where the uploaded email .txt or .htmlo files are placed.

2. Set other email params as appropriate.
