Problem with signature files

If a signature file cannot be written, an order depending on a signature will not be uploaded. (Most ForceField implementations do NOT have this dependency).

The reason behind why the signature file was not written (if using FAT16 file system) may be that the file system cluster size is exceeded by the number of signature files stored.

There may be plenty of room on the storage device.

This is likely the case with SD cards, since they tend to come formatted with FAT16.

Solution is to remove the old signature files after upload.
