New - order that has been 'started' (has 1 or more lines or "NO ORDER TODAY" instr.)
Call  - opposite of "New" (not started) - these are the ones to call on
Hold  - missing one or more required fields (TERMS, SHIPVIA, CUSTPO)
All Open - all orders with status NEW
