How to convert PDA Emulator app to Lisy specfic mobile app

1. Install stock demo PDA Emulator app from:

After installing, do the following to turn it into a Lisy PDA Emulator:

1. 2. Copy the lisy2_ff.odb and lisy2Prc.odb file from a mobile device toc:\jargonsoft\db folder on desktop.

2. 3. Create an ODBC DSN for each of these databases. Use the DSN “forcefield” as a guide.

3. 4. Delete all files in c:\jargonsoft\FFM\cache.

4. 5. Copy the handheld lisy2.ini and make the following changes first:

ftpLocalDBDir=/jargonsoft/db

ftpLocalOldDBDir=/jargonsoft/db

5. 6. Copy the modified lisy2.ini to c:\program files\FFM.

6. 7. Recache the app.

7. Set user in SYSTEM record as desired.
