How to save an order on server that is saved locally
An order saved locally (i.e. not on the server) has a red highlight in the Open Orders or Customer Orders list.
To save it on the server:
1. Close FF4.
2. Open FF4 with an internet connection.
3. FF4 should automatically save the order on the server. If it does not, go into the order and tap "Save" button.
