Hardware

1. New extended battery?

2. New CMOS battery?

3. New CMOS?

4. Remove any existing SD card from slot.

Software

1. Set TZ, date and time.

2. Set all buttons to <none>

3. Radio Power checkbox checked?

4. Confirm battery charge, default power control on battery power.

5. Confirm default screen brightness control on battery power.

6. Set storage memory to 32MB.

7. Install/configure DataWedge 2.3 in \windows\startup

• Enable
• Ensure CR after scan data
• Set default good scan sound

8. Install J/R PPO.

9. Install IW app. If re-installing Jargon app, clear \program files\jargonsoft\cache folder.

10. copy J/R PPO 3.3.42L to \program files\jargonsoft

11. copy IW applicationmenu.xml to \program files\jargonsoft

12. copy IW base databases to \orace

13. reset SYSTEM record

14. re-cache app

15. warm reset.

16. Confirm user ID and pw are correct.

17. Set owner ID, rep and company.
