Please note that support services for assistance with installation and configuration of third-party Web server, middleware and database products are usually billable at our published hourly rates, unless such software was licensed and purchased through us. However, if you have already installed a Web server and the necessary middleware and database software, and are encountering a problem using Jargon Software products with them, we will help you resolve the problem as part of our normal support services.
